Address Change
To change your address, sign in to Banner Online Banking, select the Services tab and click on Change of Address. Or you can request change by completing an Address Change Form for each affected account holder. We must receive authorization from each client before the change can be processed.

Report Fraudulent Activity
If you notice suspicious debit card activity on your Banner Bank account, login to your Banner Online or Mobile Banking account, click on Debit Card Controls, and turn your card OFF. Contact us immediately at 800-272-9933 or 509-527-3636 to report the suspicious activity. You may also send us a Secure Message from Banner Online Banking. We frequently monitor accounts for suspicious activity and may contact you should we notice transactions that are out of the ordinary.

To report a lost or stolen Banner Bank card, please contact a representative at one of the following numbers as soon as possible:

Lost or stolen checks
To report a lost or stolen check, clients may request a stop payment through Banner Online Banking, by calling 800-272-9933 or 509-527-3636 during business hours, or by contacting your Banner Bank branch. It will help to have the check number, amount and payee of the last legitimate check written. To protect you from the possibility of future fraudulent activity, it may be necessary to open a new account.
