Support for Clients with Limited English Proficiency

Clients with limited English-speaking ability may request translation support by calling us at 800-272-9933 Monday-Friday, 7 am-7 pm Pacific Time. Banner Bank is able to assist clients with general, routine inquiries verbally in Spanish, and from time-to-time in some other major languages. Banner Bank's ATMs and Bank-by-Phone service also include Spanish functionality.

While we are pleased to provide this support, Banner Bank’s official communications are in English only, including legal terms and disclosures for its products and services, statements, invoices and other client-facing materials. We encourage clients with limited English proficiency to engage appropriate translation support services of their choosing before entering into contractual relationships with Banner Bank.

Additionally, clients with a Banner Bank loan product can get language translation help from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). The CFPB offers help in more than 180 languages and can be reached by calling 855-411-2372 Monday-Friday, 8 am-8 pm Eastern Time.
