Newsweek Names Banner One of the Most Trustworthy Companies in America

Newsweek selected Banner Bank as one of America’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025. This is the third consecutive year we’ve made this prestigious ranking. In addition, Banner is the only bank headquartered in the Western U.S. to make the list.

Compiled by Newsweek, in collaboration with market research partner Statista Inc., this annual ranking measures trust of consumers, employees and investors of all U.S. public and private companies with more than $500 million in revenue.

“For 135 years we’ve taken a relationship approach to banking, and trust is the foundation of every strong relationship, so it’s the ultimate compliment when our clients and others say they trust us,” said President and CEO Mark Grescovich. “Being included on this list further affirms that we have earned and maintained the trust of our stakeholders, which is always our goal.”

More than 100,000 evaluations were submitted reflecting the perspectives of U.S. consumers, employees and investors. The analysis also evaluated each company’s online media sentiment. From that, Newsweek and Statista teams selected the most trustworthy companies across 23 industries. You can see the full methodology and complete list here.
