Our residential lending experts offer various homebuyer workshops and seminars in our communities and virtual/online. Homebuyer Education Seminars
We offer two types of homebuyer education courses. For Washington homebuyers seeking credit hours that qualify for state down payment options and loan programs, our Washington State-certified instructors host 5-hour sessions in various locations.
Our residential lending experts also host mortgage-ready events. These sessions are generally 1-2 hours, cover homebuyer topics and are offered at locations in markets we serve. Check out the schedule below for more information and to register for these events.
