Our residential lending experts host homebuying workshops meant to prepare you to buy your first home. These sessions are generally 1-2 hours, and cover homebuyer topics such as understanding credit, how much you can afford and budgeting for a down payment. Mortgage Ready workshops are offered virtually and at locations in markets we serve.

Ready to build instead of buy? Our lot and construction loans can help you finance the perfect spot, then build your dream home. We also offer financing for new manufactured and modular homes, and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Home construction financing is typically more complex. If you are wondering where to start, our construction ready workshops are a great place to get your questions answered.
