Debit Card Personalization - Request Submitted

Thank you for submitting your card personalization request.

What happens next?

• We’ll review your submitted card design.
• We’ll email you in 1-2 business days with the status of your design.
• Once your design is approved, the $12 new/replacement card fee will be deducted from the primary checking account associated with your debit card.
• After your design is approved, you’ll receive your personalized card in 7-10 calendar days via U.S. Mail.

Once you receive your new card, remember to update any automatic payments or merchants with the new expiration date on your personalized card. Any alerts or limits you have set up in Debit Card Controls will be retained for your personalized card.
